When you purchase Convertible, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Macs you own or control. This license is provided through Apple's standard App Store licensing terms.
Convertible uses FFmpeg (https://ffmpeg.org), licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 (LGPLv2.1). The FFmpeg source code used in this application is unmodified and can be downloaded from https://ffmpeg.org. A copy of the LGPLv2.1 license is included in the app bundle.
Convertible is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to ensure conversions are accurate and lossless when possible, you are responsible for verifying results and keeping backups of original files.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard App Store refund policy. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
